Our Specially Selected Finish!! undergoes three sorting processes to maximize flavor, compared to the single sorting typically done for rice sold in supermarkets.
☆ Please note that we cannot divide the quantity into smaller bags.
☆ We carefully use a stone removal machine and a color sorter, but please understand that there may be rare instances where small stones cannot be completely removed.
☆ To maintain freshness, rice is stored in its brown rice form in a dedicated refrigerator, ensuring its deliciousness is preserved!
☆ We mill the rice to order (shipping freshly milled rice), so please allow 2-3 days for shipping.
☆ Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
☆ We appreciate your understanding regarding our use of recycled packaging.
The shipping label will be affixed directly to the rice bag for shipping.
