My father, who has been growing rice for over 40 years in the central part of Hyogo Prefecture, grows rice with great care, using absolutely no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, with the belief that we should grow food that our family can eat with peace of mind.
I am truly impressed by my father's dedication and passion for growing rice with a focus on safety and security.
My children, aged 3 and 5, have also started to enjoy participating in activities like rice planting in the spring and harvesting in the autumn with my father (^ ^)
The rice fields are located in a very rural mountainous area.
Fireflies dance in the early summer, and for the past few years, storks have been flying to our rice fields multiple times a year, much to the delight of the children ^^
We grow our rice using the clean water that flows from the mountain reservoir.

However, because we do not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, my father does all the work by hand, making this rice that requires a lot of effort and love.

● After harvest, the rice is stored in a dedicated refrigerated rice storage to maintain its freshness.
