Pure copper tea caddy and tea scoop

This is a pure copper tea caddy and tea scoop.
The inside of the tea caddy appears to be stainless steel.
The tea caddy measures approximately:
　　11 cm in height
　　9 cm in diameter
　　The lid portion is approximately 4 cm in height.
The tea scoop measures approximately:
　　8 cm in length
　　3.7 cm in width
　　The thickness at the middle is approximately 0.5 cm.
It appears to be an older item, and there is some dirt on the inner lid.
