Ships via 4th class mail without tracking or insurance.
Ships on Monday or Tuesday. Purchases made after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday or later. It generally takes about 3-4 days for delivery. Also, there is no delivery on weekends and holidays.
The soil will be slightly removed, and the flexible parts of the leaves and branches will be bent for packaging (using recycled plastic bottles, milk cartons, etc.) before shipping.
