I think this is a good size for comfortably kneading 1kg (approx. 10 servings) of soba noodles. Also, unlike unpainted wooden kneading bowls, the coating prevents water absorption, which is another great feature of this bowl. And as expected, it's very beautiful. It has a good weight, and the bowl doesn't move around while kneading. The spaciousness makes water handling easy. Thank you for offering such a wonderful product. I will cherish and use it with great care.

Another buyer of the 55cm kneading bowl commented:
It's truly user-friendly, and I can easily knead 2kg of soba dough. I've become even more enthusiastic about soba making since finding such a well-balanced and high-quality kneading bowl. It's been so well-received that repeat customers have even recommended it to their friends.

Please note that there may be slight variations in color.

After use, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not wash with abrasive materials like steel wool.
