Description

This is a used 4-piece soba noodle making set.

The kneading bowl appears to be made from laminated wood, carved from a single piece.
Outer diameter: 30 cm / Inner diameter: 26 cm
Height: 9 cm / Weight: approx. 1800 g

The center of the bowl is slightly raised, making it suitable for kneading dough (Photo 4).

The top coating has peeled off in places due to age and there are scratches (Photos 2, 3).

Rolling pin:
Length: 38 cm / Diameter: 3 cm / Weight: 180 g
There is no significant warping when rolled on a table.

Dough board: Blade contact area: 16 cm / Length: 21 cm
Weight: 130 g

Soba cutting knife: Stainless steel, blade length: 24 cm / Weight: 300 g

Based on the above, please use this set for dough making with 500g or less of flour.
It can also be used for bread and pizza dough.
