Description
This is a coffee roaster by Dainichi.
It can roast 120g of green beans at once, and the entire process from roasting to cooling (completed in the bean tray inside the unit) takes approximately 23 minutes. It can also be used for continuous roasting thereafter.
There are a total of 12 levels of roast settings, and once you add beans and press the button, it automatically completes the process up to cooling. You can also eject the beans during roasting (though you will need to judge by sound).
Light roasts are difficult, but it is recommended for those who prefer medium-light roasts and beyond.
