Melolin gauze is a non-adherent absorbent dressing, so it didn't stick to the wound and was easy to use.

A non-adherent absorbent dressing that absorbs 10 times its weight and reduces the frequency of changes. It has a 3-layer structure with functions not found in regular gauze. It absorbs more than regular gauze, reducing the frequency of dressing changes. Made with a porous polyester film, it is less likely to stick to the wound, reducing pain during changes. It provides cushioning and protects the wound from external stimuli. The outer surface is water-repellent, preventing external moisture and dirt from soaking in.
