Defective item: THE NORTH FACE Convertible Rain Cover 30-40L

This is a rain cover for a backpack.
It is a used item that was used by a woman.
After using it 2-3 times and then storing it, the inside became
sticky.
There are no noticeable stains on the outside.
I believe it is still usable, but
I am offering it to someone who understands its condition.

This is a convertible rain cover compatible with 30-40L backpacks.
