Unlined Kimono, Meisen Silk, Hand-sewn, with Lining Panel
The sleeves are a bit longer, which is cute.
There are 1-2mm black dots as seen in photos 9 and 10, but it's unclear if they are part of the pattern. The stain in photo 11 is on the back, slightly above or possibly hidden by the obi. It can be seen more clearly in photo 5. There is a faint white area around the obi.

There is no damage that prevents wear, but this is subjective, so please check the photos.
