Vintage CHICAGO Adlake - Non-Sweating Railroad Switch Lamp Train Red Blue 4 Lens
This listing is for an original Adlake NonSweating railroad switch lamp, manufactured by the Adlake Lamp Co., Chicago. The lamp retains its embossed top plate and is equipped with its red and blue glass lenses, consistent with early 20thcentury switch signal use. The body shows the expected patina and wear from service, with all major components intact. This style of Adlake switch lamp was produced circa 1910s1930s and was commonly mounted on switch stands to indicate track alignment. The lamp features a heavy steel construction, vented top, and carry/mount handle. Both lenses present well, and the lamp displays strongly as an original example of early railroad signal equipment.
