This is a Statesman necktie, sold by Joseph Horne Company. It is made in USA of 100% Italian silk. The tie is burgundy with a floral/paisley design in blue, beige, and light brown. It is 4 inches wide and 57 inches long. Joseph Horne Department Stores went out of business in 1994. This awesome tie is in excellent condition with no stains or tears. Thanks for looking!
