Bowling Shirt / Vintage Manufacturer, Year, Size Unknown

Purchased at a vintage clothing store about 30 years ago. Selling due to decluttering and outgrowing the size.
The manufacturer, era, and size are unknown. The tag was cut off, but it was missing when I purchased it.
Since it was purchased about 30 years ago, I am certain it is from before the 90s.
There are no noticeable stains or fraying, but as it is a used item, there is a commensurate amount of wear.
I believe it is in good condition for a used item, but please consider purchasing based on the images, understanding and acknowledging that it is a used item.

I have designated the size as S based on the measurements and my body type when I used to wear it.
The color appears blue in the images, but in reality, it gives the impression of being close to emerald green. I believe the 4th image is closest to the actual color.
The material has a slightly smooth texture and is resistant to wrinkles, so it is definitely not 100% cotton.
