Suction Grip Strength Trainer Expander - Arm Wrestling Strengthening Grip Training!! Extra Thick 45mm

US Size:

This excellent product allows you to train your back and grip strength to the extreme simultaneously.
Standard grips are small, causing your hands to hurt before you can fully work out with heavy weights. However, this product uses pine wood that offers a superior grip, preventing slippage even when sweaty, allowing you to focus more intensely on your lats.

It can also be used as a primary training tool for arm wrestling hook techniques. Unlike weight-based trainers where resistance diminishes at the end, this spring-loaded device maintains resistance down to the last millimeter.

⭕️ Made with the highest quality, hardened pine wood.
Pine wood has low thermal conductivity, so unlike iron barbells, it doesn't feel cold and clammy even in winter.
It also has deodorizing, antibacterial, and insect-repellent properties, so it deodorizes as it dries, requiring almost no maintenance.

A must-have for arm wrestlers to train their grip strength (holding power).
Grip strength, or more accurately, holding power (the ability to grasp and hold onto something), can fatigue, making it difficult to exert your full strength. While grip strength has a strong genetic component, holding power can be improved later.
Grips made of hardened rubber or plastic have a significantly reduced coefficient of friction when sweaty, causing them to slip. Pine wood, on the other hand, absorbs sweat, improving grip as you sweat – it actually sticks. This allows you to train with confidence and focus on your muscles, leading to significant results. When you sweat, the grip can slip due to reduced friction, requiring more grip strength than at the start. The goal is to train holding power, which is about delaying fatigue rather than adding extra force. Therefore, although it may seem contradictory, it might appear that slipping and resisting the slip would train grip strength. However, holding power relies on slow-twitch muscles, not fast-twitch, so a wooden material that doesn't lose grip when sweaty is essential.

A 5cm diameter grip makes it difficult to apply force because your index finger and thumb are too far apart when you grasp it. A 4cm grip is too easy to get used to and becomes boring.
The 45mm grip is extra-thick, allowing you to train your grip strength (specifically holding power) simultaneously. While 50mm grips exist, they are too large for most Japanese individuals, hence the 45mm size.
