This is a Provador A-line, larger M-size one-piece dress, familiar from QVC.
The large silver buttons are a key feature.

The collar can be worn as an open collar or a stand-up collar.

The hem flares out, making it loose-fitting. It's been stored at home as it didn't suit me.
