Painting purchased in Provence, Southern France

I purchased this at a gallery when I traveled to Saint-Paul-de-Vence (a nest village) in the South of France. It cost around 40,000 yen.
I was immediately drawn to the simple composition of the hill, road, and sky.
The painting itself is in a small, horizontal frame. After returning to Japan, I had it framed in a larger frame at a framing shop, but the painting might look better without the frame.
I have never displayed it, so I would be happy if someone who likes it would display it.
