This item was purchased as a pre-order, played a few times, then returned to its box and stored on a shelf away from direct sunlight.
The item has been tested for operation, initialized, and cleaned with wet wipes.

There was adhesive residue on the controller's packaging bag and the unopened headset's packaging bag, which has been wiped with alcohol and other cleaning agents. Most of the stickiness has been removed from the controller bag, but a slight stickiness remains on the headset bag. The controller and headset inside appear to be fine. (Image 18)
As a precaution, they have been placed in separate plastic bags to prevent the adhesive residue from transferring. (Image 19)

The included Kinect Adventures! is unopened. (Image 9)

The included batteries were unused but had deteriorated, so they have been disposed of.

While stored carefully, this is a used item that has been played. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about dirt or other imperfections.
