Frantz Kirschnek, with nearly 150 years of history, currently has its workshop in Erlangen, near Bubenreuth, Germany. Their instruments are used and praised by famous orchestras such as the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra and by renowned musicians.
All parts, including fittings, are made entirely in Germany.
★No. 22 (Concert Model, List Price approx. ¥500,000)
The lineup includes Orchestra, Concert, and Master models from bottom to top. The No. 22 is a higher-ranking model within the Concert series.
It is crafted from carefully selected spruce and old maple, with an antique finish achieved by an elegant orange-brown varnish.
The fittings are made of high-quality rosewood.
We have handled many Kirschnek instruments at our store, and this particular one is truly exceptional. It possesses a wonderful tone that belies its price point of approximately ¥500,000.
Its rich bass and clear treble resonate deeply like the twilight, enveloping the listener with a special beauty.
Having been played for some time since its creation and kept in good conditions, it is now well-settled.
This viola is rarely available on the used market due to its limited production, so don't miss this opportunity.
