Neshisama Final Price Reduction! Viola Czech Republic 1980 Antonio Frosli La
Final price reduction!
This viola was purchased around 1998 at a musical instrument store in Tokyo for approximately 600,000 yen at the time.
I am listing it as I am retiring from playing.
The viola is 420mm in size.
There have been no cracks since I owned it, but please be aware that there is significant varnish damage, cloudiness, and minor scratches.
It was sent for adjustments every year.
I have recorded a sound sample, which can be downloaded until May 17th:

In my subjective opinion, the tone is very deep, with a cello-like quality. I purchased it for its sound quality rather than its volume.
Please consider the bow and case as a bonus.
