N/A Set of 5 WWII Linen Finish Cute Army Postcards, Unused

Here are 5 U.S. Army postcards from the World War II era. The postcards are unused and in very good condition with only slight wear at the corners. The fronts have a linen finish. The fronts and back messages are as follows: Cards 1 and 2: Greetings from the Army! This Army life is swell, you bet! And I'm just feelin' fine! It's just one step 'til I'm on top - (General's tent is next to mine!) Card 3: Meet the Big Shots! It's a great life here. Why don't you come along, And let me introduce you to all the big shots in the camp. Card 4: Meet the Army! While I listen to squads right and left, And forward march-es, too, My heart does an about-face And I think of all of you! Card 5: He's My Buddy Uncle Sam A full-fledged rookie-yep, that's me... And Uncle Sam's my buddy, see? He buys my clothes and pays my rent- I'm tellin' you, he's one swell gent! Well, all I can say is I guess they found humor in war back then. Thanks for looking!
