Summer Kimono with Crinkled Texture (Linen/Cotton Blend?)
I have been collecting these for several years for remake projects. Linen is the best material for the hot summer. I have a lot, so I would like to share them. As for the material, this is my amateur opinion, but it feels lighter than cotton and a little heavier than linen. I suspect it's a cotton-linen blend (I confirmed it's not synthetic by burning it). It has a crinkled texture similar to Ojiya-chijimi. The fabric is firm. I washed it, but it did not shrink. The lining is cotton, but there are stains on the collar lining and the fabric; I couldn't find any others. I feel it would be a waste to discard it, so I hope someone can use it. Remaking it is also a good option. Please forgive me if I have overlooked anything. Length: 147cm, Sleeve to center back: 61cm, Sleeve length: 43cm, Sleeve width: 30cm, Front width: 22.5cm, Back width: 29cm.
