This is a training jump rope with weight built into the rope itself, not the handles. Total weight approximately 480g.
[10mm diameter heavy rope] Because it is significantly heavier than a regular jump rope, it puts more strain on your wrists, arms, shoulders, and core, allowing for efficient strength improvement in a short time.
Made with wear-resistant PVC material, it is strong and durable, and the rope is less likely to twist, allowing for stable jumping.
The handles feature a bearing structure for smooth rotation.
