GEWA Jaeger Violin Case 4/4

This is a GEWA Jaeger violin case.

I was drawn to its luxurious appearance and purchased it, but it turned out to be too heavy for me (approx. 3kg)... Unfortunately, I will be passing it on to someone who will cherish it.

Here are a few points to note:

• The model appears to be relatively recent, so it's not very old, but the black trim (synthetic leather) on the exterior shows signs of wear. The previous owner seems to have repaired most of it with synthetic leather repair tape, but some small pieces still seem to be peeling off. (This seems to be a common issue with recent GEWA cases...)

• There are no straps included.

• Due to its weight, it might be suitable for transporting by car or for storing a secondary instrument.

• Compared to the exterior, the interior is very clean and in good condition.

• As expected from Jaeger, the details like the gold zippers and hardware give it a sense of luxury and presence.
