Brand: Corning Visions Color: Brown / Amber Tint weight 2 Lb 13.7 Oz Measurements: 10 3/4 inches wide rim diameter (8-inch wide base) = 26cm pan 16 3/4 inches total length (including the 6-inch handle) Handle measures 1 1/2 inches tapering to 1 1/4 inches wide, and is 3/4 inches thick Why the waffle textured base? Unlike toxic non-stick Teflon coatings that degrade and wear away over time, this pure glass skillet utilizes a raised waffle texture to help trap and distribute cooking oils evenly underneath your food. The Quick Decision Guide: The Good: Healthy, chemical-free cooking that won’t leach toxins; incredibly versatile because it can safely go from the fridge to the stovetop, oven, or microwave. The Bad: It is not a modern slip-and-slide non-stick surface. You do need to use proper oil or butter and monitor your cooking temperatures to prevent food from gripping the textured ridges. Condition Report: The interior features light cooking residue lines across the textured pyramid/waffle base from normal vintage use. There is also some minor, typical baked-on grease build-up along the inner rim edge. Free of any chips, cracks, or structural damage. SKU: &776... 2 Lb 13.7 Oz
