The head part moves up, down, left, and right.

At speed 1, the blades sometimes do not spin, and at speed 2, almost no wind comes out.
Speeds 5 and above are practical.
This was the operation from when it was new, and it might be a defective product, but there are similar reviews.

It has a DC motor and low power consumption.
