How to Use
*This is a boil-and-bite type mouthpiece. Please be careful not to burn yourself as the mouthpiece will become hot during molding.
Pour hot water (90°C) into a deep container and immerse the mouthpiece for 30 seconds.
Remove the mouthpiece with chopsticks or a spoon.
Cool the mouthpiece in cold water for 1-2 seconds (to lower the surface temperature).
Moisten your lips with cold water and then place the mouthpiece on your upper teeth. Bite down firmly on your back teeth, then bite down on your front teeth.
Press the mouthpiece against your upper teeth with your tongue, close your mouth, and suck strongly to remove air and moisture. At the same time, use your fingers to press the mouthpiece firmly against your gums from the outside.
Rinse your mouth with cold water before removing the mouthpiece. This will set the shape.
After spitting out the water, remove the mouthpiece and cool it in cold water for 30 seconds. If it does not fit perfectly, please repeat the process.
