Description
Antique hand-blown glass ladle or punch spoon with turned wood handle. Measures approximately 13 inches long. The clear glass bowl fluoresces under a 365nm UV light, indicating the presence of manganese glass. Features an attractive antique form with a metal ferrule connecting the glass bowl to the wooden handle. Good antique condition with age-related wear. Paint loss and finish wear are present on the handle, and there is patina/corrosion on the metal screw and ferrule. Glass is free of cracks or chips.
