They removed all labels and tags, so I am unsure of the brand.  Elastic waist (elastic is worn from age) with inner drawcord.  Side pockets.  Back patch pocket with velcro closure.  Heavyweight fabric, fleece interior.   Wide legs.   Estimated to be size XL.  Please go by measurements.
