Description

Gibson Mandolin A-5L

Reluctantly downsizing due to starting end-of-life preparations.

- 1989
- Signed by Steve Carlson
- Good sound quality
In my opinion, it has good sustain and is a great instrument.
- Scalloped fingerboard on the bridge side
- No pickguard
→ Screw holes for mounting are present on the lower side of the body.
- Please refer to the photos for string height at the 12th fret.
　　→ It is set low.
→ Bridge
　　→ Unsure if original
→ There is room to lower the bridge.
However, lowering the string height further may cause buzzing.
- Tuners
→ No particular issues with operation.
- Truss rod adjustment
　　→ Unknown
→ Neck
　　→ Appears to be straight.
→ Comes with a fitted generic hard case.
→ Shows signs of use and scratches consistent with its age, but I believe it is in beautiful condition for its year.
→ Shipping will be done with reinforced cardboard and bubble wrap.

Thank you for your understanding before purchasing.
