Vintage Sterling Silver, Cloisonne Enameled Faberge Style‎ Egg Pendant/charm!

How wild is this?? Helping a friend sell off her collection of jewelry that she picked up from all over the world. This happens to be one of those unique pieces. She picked this up while visiting russia back in the day. The original price and paperwork(?) is inside the original box.  This is a gold over sterling (stamped on the bail) cloisonne enameled fabrege style egg! From the bail to the bottom, it measures a little over 1.25 inches. It's also around 26mm wide.
