Vintage Elbeco Regulation Officer's Uniform Shirt Green Double Shrunk M?  Condition:  Decent Condition.  There are some small white spots and a faint red spot on the front. There are some very faint dark marks on the back shoulders. The shirt has extra wear at the collar.  There is a button missing on theright sleeve.  There is a replace button on the front.
