This is a lens cap for SONY Alpha series lenses, specifically for ZEISS lenses.
It is 62mm.
The plastic spring in the area circled in the 4th image is partially broken, causing it to be very loose when attached to the lens. Therefore, it is being sold as a junk item.
There are minor scratches, but no major ones.
I have seen people remove the plastic spring from the same type of SONY lens cap without the Zeiss mark and replace it for use. It might be usable for parts.
