This is a double stand for both standard concert flutes and traversos.
The base is made of oak laminated wood and has been clear-coated, including the pole.
The pole for the concert flute is tapered up to 18mm,
and the pole for the traverso is approximately 10mm and is not tapered.
We have actually used this stand with both solid silver and wooden concert flutes.
It weighs 545g, providing a stable and secure feel.
It is stable even when only a concert flute is placed on it.
The wood is white oak, not red oak (though both are broadly considered oak).
As this is a handmade item, there may be some imperfections in the finish.
