You are purchasing one Newsstand Daily One-Forty St. Charles Place Lighted Building by Department 56 and their 1999 CityLights Monopoly collection. This Building is around 11 inches tall. This Building is in overall great condition. Only notable flaw is the weathervane can come out of the hole - it hasn't snapped, just adhesive has dried. Otherwise, no cracks, chips or wear.
