Description
Here they are: the perfect party favors for a sparkly birthday party. These small cosmetic purses feature shimmery confetti moving freely on one side of the purse. The confetti shimmer and shine even more when the purse is moved to catch the light. Equally fantastic as classroom prizes or to help kids keep track of their money on an outing these purses are quite fabulous.
