These are simple black half chaps.
They were used about once a week for half a year.
Made from a lightweight and easy-to-handle, thin faux leather material with a suede-like finish. The calf area features highly elastic accordion pleats.

A 5th grader used them, and they were slightly large.
Recommended for juniors as well as petite women.
There are some stains from use.
