Topper Hat Wool Material Navy

I intended to wear this on stage, but I received it from someone else previously and ended up not using it, so I'm listing it for sale.

Below is the description from the previous owner:

Made in England, 100% pure felt
Handmade riding silk hat
Color: Navy
Size: 6 3/4, suitable for women
Leather used on the inside
Purchased new at the equestrian goods section of Mitsukoshi.
Used about 2 times, one owner.

I have not used it since receiving it.
There appears to be some discoloration on the inner tag, so please check the photos.
