This is a soft case for a single flugelhorn. Although it's a soft case, it features a rigid core board within the padding to protect the instrument. It can be carried by hand, as a backpack, or as a shoulder bag, but the original strap is not included.

A G&P Flora with a bell diameter of 175mm fit snugly. Depending on the tubing wrap, most flugelhorns should fit.

The large side pocket is not padded. The padded sleeve allows for storage of a piccolo trumpet. It can also be used as a single trumpet case (though some trumpets may not fit due to length).

There are no noticeable scuffs or scratches, but there is some discoloration as shown in photos 10 and 11.
While most Altieri cases are black, this red color is rare and a beautiful, muted shade.

Although the design has been updated, the manufacturer has not produced brass instrument bags for many years, making this a rare item.

No smoking or pets in the environment.

According to a previous inquiry with the manufacturer, the case is washable. Machine washing is possible with a gentle cycle (no vigorous spinning).
