Vintage Charles J Wahba Tortoiseshell Wide Headband Handmade France Hair Band Vintage Charles J. Wahba wide tortoiseshell-pattern headband, handmade in France. The headband is made from a substantial, smooth and flexible plastic-like material that appears to be acetate, although the exact material is not marked and cannot be confirmed. Preowned with hairline scratches and surface wear on the front and back. The Charles J. Wahba and Handmade France markings are faded, with part of the France lettering worn. France is also printed on the comb portion of the headband. No cracks, chips or breaks. Please review all photos carefully for condition.
