willie's newly developed material X-metal has a higher copper ratio than conventional brass, resulting in richer overtones when played, and a charming, centered, dense, and rich sound.
Due to the high copper content, the weight is slightly heavier (about 5%), but it allows for smooth airflow and excellent response, making it easy to achieve a dense resonance.
This new material achieves willie's ideal characteristics of being easy to play and producing a great sound.
