Vintage Reverse Painted Silhouette Glass Wall Plaque Victorian Family Scene

Charming vintage reverse-painted glass silhouette wall plaque featuring a Victorian family scene with a mother, child, grandfather clock, and candle-bearing youngster. This piece is housed in its original metal frame and measures approximately 5 x 4. Based on its construction and style, it was likely made during the 1940s. The handwritten inscription on the back appears to date from September 1962 and is believed to commemorate when the piece was acquired rather than when it was made. A wonderful addition to Victorian Revival, Grandmillennial, English Cottage, or traditional vintage décor collections. Please review all photos carefully for condition and details, as they are part of the description.
