These are genuine winter mountain/severe winter down mittens from Valandre, a French brand specializing in down products for alpine use.

They feature a highly insulating construction using 95% goose down and 5% feather, designed for Himalayan expeditions and severe winter alpine climbing.

This is a rare model from the old logo era.
Used a few times for skiing, so I believe the condition is good.
