Very clean copy with minimal wear Green fabric hardback book with slip cover Slip cover has some minor damage around edges with a couple of very small tears as well but it has done its job keeping the beautiful book underneath looking almost perfect Some minor corner wear only Binding and pages intact No loose pages/ no torn pages When you open the book, the binding is still “tight” so it was not opened often Very mild age related yellowing around pages Best part is the intact and pristine fold out locomotive poster in back 188 pages No musty odor Very collectible and rare to have both the signature and poster in a very well taken care of history (Closet B)
