This is a hand made item. It is carefully carved out from the Dreamer cologne bottle and turned into a super cool pendant. Bottle, coin and chain are not included. I have made a couple of these and they sure get me complements. The glass is quite thick so this won't break on you easily. Clasp is stamped 925 so it won't tarnish. Coin for size ref.
