In good pre-owned condition - no holes, tears, or stains.  There is some creasing, mostly around the front of the foot where the foot meets the leg - see the photos. Note these are wide width including the ankle - see the measurements.  These would likely be loose, slouchy around the ankle for standard or medium width folks.    The suede is meant to have a distressed, worn, or antiqued appearance - this is intentional by the factory.    The zipper is in working order - see the photos.
