Smocked Sweets Special Occasion Dress 2-3y PLAY
smocked sweets

Description
Has some flaws (looks like someone may have tried to iron the velvet and there is a pattern/weird texture on a few spots), small stains on one of the sleeves (see pics), could still be a very lovely dress for dressing up. Flowy lace and chiffon on the bottom of the skirt, soft velvet on the top and a fabulous red sash to make it extra fancy. I am not the first owner but we never wore here due to it not being royal blue. Tag in the skirt is a 2/3. From a smoke-free pet-friendly home.
