★Hand-delivery only★ Unbranded, fully functional alto horn (tenor horn)
This is an unbranded alto horn (tenor horn).
The tubing wrap is similar to older Nikkan instruments, but since it cannot be definitively identified as Nikkan, it is being sold as unbranded.
It is fully functional.
All tuning slides can be removed (the 3rd slide is stiff, possibly due to a dent under the brace).
The pistons have iron guides. There is a dent on the 1st piston as shown in the image, but it is generally in good condition (the clearance is large, so the dent is not very noticeable).
Major dents are shown in the images, but minor dents may not be pictured.
There are almost no dents in the typical alto horn areas, such as from the piston casings to the curved part of the tuning slide.
There are dents on the bell and on the bell side of the brace between the bell and the 2nd valve slide.
The bell rim also has dents (slight rim bending with faint marks from bending).
Two solder joint failures were confirmed: between the mouthpiece receiver and the mouthpiece pipe, and between the main tuning slide and the 2nd valve slide.
Accessories include an unbranded mouthpiece and case.
The case is in used condition as shown. The handle is also broken.
There may be other issues, but this item is sold as-is. We request that only those who can accept a no-claim transaction please consider purchasing.
As this is a musical instrument, we will only conduct hand-to-hand transactions and will not ship.
