Description
Magic Mountain Lightweight Aluminum Snowshoes (Wakan)
Used once, but selling as it didn't suit my style.
Please consider if you are looking for this item.
These are lightweight and easy-to-handle snowshoes used by Alpine mountain hut staff and mountain guides.
While they offer less buoyancy than snowshoes, snowshoes (wakan) are overwhelmingly more useful in Japanese mountains, which often have dense roots and steep slopes in forested areas.
They can be easily and securely attached with straps to any hiking boots, whether summer or winter shoes, making them safe for beginners.
The frame is flat to allow for easy walking even when flipped over, so there is no problem using them as crampons when flipped over in situations that involve repeated icy and snowy conditions.
● Size / One size: Length 45, Width 19 (cm)
● Frame Color / Black
● Weight / 470g (per piece)
