These are traditional Japanese snowshoes (kanjiki) that have been stored for a long time.
They are made of bamboo, wood, straw, and wire.
The approximate measurements by an amateur are:
Length: 35 cm
Width: 21.5 cm
Height: 10 cm
Base height: 5 cm

They are unused, but due to being displayed for many years, they have accumulated dust, and the ropes for attaching them to your feet have discolored.
They were purchased in the 1970s at a souvenir shop in front of JR Matsumoto Station and have been hung on a wall as decoration since then.
