These boots feature glove leather lining, brass speed hooks, and neoprene outsoles. They have developed a beautiful vintage leather patina from years of normal use.  The original manufacturer is unknown, as no brand markings are present, but they are quality American-made boots built in the classic style of premium work boot makers. Likely from one of the department store like JCPenney, Sears, Montgomery Ward, and Western Auto from the late 1960s through the early 1980s.
